Please read these terms carefully before using our car rental / taxi services.
Customer / You – Any person who books or uses our services.
Driver – A person assigned to provide transportation.
Vehicle – Any taxi/car provided for your ride.
Booking – A confirmed request for transportation.
2.1 You must provide accurate information while booking (name, contact number, pickup location, etc.).
2.2 Providing false information may lead to cancellation without refund.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if a customer behaves rudely, is intoxicated, or poses safety risks.
3.1 Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or app.
3.2 A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message/email.
3.3 Availability of vehicles depends on location, time, and demand.
4.1 Prices vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, demand, tolls, and taxes.
4.2 Any additional charges such as:
Waiting time
Toll/parking fees
Extra luggage
Route changes
will be added to the final bill.
4.3 Payments can be made online or in cash (if available in your region).
4.4 Full payment must be completed before or after the ride as per service type.
5.1 If the customer cancels a booking after a driver has been assigned, cancellation fees may apply.
5.2 No-shows (customer unavailable at pickup location) may be charged full fare.
5.3 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days.
5.4 The company reserves the right to cancel rides due to safety, weather, or operational issues.
You agree NOT to:
Damage the vehicle
Smoke or consume alcohol inside the car
Carry illegal or hazardous items
Misbehave with the driver
Request routes that violate traffic rules
Any damages caused by the customer will be billed to them.
7.1 All drivers are expected to maintain polite behavior and follow traffic rules.
7.2 Vehicles are maintained regularly, however, delays may occur due to traffic, breakdowns, or unforeseen situations.
7.3 If a driver is late or unavailable, we may assign another driver/vehicle.
8.1 The company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
8.2 We are not liable for:
Traffic delays
Accidents caused by external factors
Third-party actions
Natural calamities
Unexpected breakdowns
8.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
9.1 Seat belts must be worn at all times.
9.2 The driver may refuse service if:
Customer is intoxicated
Customer is aggressive
Illegal items are carried
Safety is compromised
10.1 We follow strict privacy practices.
10.2 Personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
10.3 By using our service, you agree to receive booking updates via SMS/call/WhatsApp or email.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of USA.
Any disputes will be handled in local courts of NYC.
